Occupational Therapy services are provided and billed by Windhoek Occupational Therapy. We are contracted in with most of the major Medical Aids in Namibia.
If your Medical Aid or Health Insurance is not listed, we will be unable to submit the invoice on your behalf. However, we will provide you with an invoice that you can submit to your medical aid and instruct them to send reimbursements directly to you.
Please be aware that with any health plans, there may be deductibles and co-payments for which you could be responsible.

What are your tariffs?
As we offer a variety of services, this differs from service to service. To determine tariffs, we use NAMAF fees as a guideline. Please phone our office for quotations.
To what extent will my medical aid cover therapy?
Most medical aids pay NAMAF tariffs, and cover a major portion of the fee. The part that the medical aid does not cover stays the client's responsibility. Please be aware that each medical aid has a limit for specific services.
How do I proceed if my medical aid is not listed?
You can still make use of our services; however you will be responsible for the full amount. Once the account is paid, you can present it to you medical aid to claim the amount they have available for the service.
When and how will I receive my invoice?
Invoices are handed to the clients at the end of the month.
How will I know when my medical aid benefits are exhausted, and who is responsible for the outstanding account?
It is your responsibility to keep track of available benefits and you are responsible for any accounts not paid by the medical aid.
How do I make an appointment?
To make an appointment you have to fill in a form and pay a deposit. Please contact the receptionist and she will explain the procedure. She will also tell you the amount payable to confirm your appointment. By clicking on this link you can download and print the Client information form and the terms & conditions. Once you have completed and signed then, fax or mail both of these documents, a copy of your ID and medical aid card, and proof of payment to us and the receptionist will contact you to confirm an appointment.
